Abstract
Insufficient of monitoring technologies was explained from the scientificalness of environmental monitoring and system integrity of analytical methods as well as practicability for emergency monitoring.The solutions should indicate the true quality of the environment by scientific monitoring,establish standardized monitoring methods for toxic and hazard pollutants determination,intensify fast monitoring technology research for sudden pollution incident.
