Hazards and Control Measures of Grain Mycotoxin

Abstract
Mycotoxin,a harmful product produced by Fungi,was widely distributed in the nature. Corn,wheat and rice were major resource of mycotoxin in food and animal feed,which brought bad results to the human health and green animal breeding. Mycotoxin was introduced in the paper and its toxicity was discussed and finally a reasonable solution was proposed.
