Research on the Tourism English Practical Teaching Model with Intensive Culture Penetration

Qualified graduates of tourism are urgently needed by the development of local economy and society. So higher vocational colleges should innovate the teaching model of tourism English training teaching by penetrating culture with local speciality intensively in the curriculum,school-based teaching materials,and training of teachers and so on. Under this new teaching model,through applying what they have learned into practice,students' comprehensive competitiveness will be improved and thus more high-quality compound graduates of tourism English will be available for the growth of local tourism.
