Abstract
Traditional principal-agent model can be used for reference to resolve principal-agent problems in the third party logistics. However,in traditional principal-agent model relations of single principal and single agent are too simple to explain the practical problems. In fact,in most cases principal-agent relations are many principals and single agent in the third party logistics. Therefore,it is necessary to use the theory of common agency to explain and resolve principal-agent problems in the third party logistics.
