Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of different way in treating iron deficiency anemia. Methods The clinical data of 140 patients with iron deficiency anemia from December 2011 to August 2012 were reviewed. The 140 patients were divided into the infusion group(70 cases) and oral group(70 cases) by different way in treatting iron deficiency anemia.Compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results After treatment, the total efficiency of infusion group(100%) was significantly higher than that of oral group(80.00%),P0.05.Conclusion The effect of intravenous injection of iron supplementation was significantly superior to oral, and has low incidence of adverse reactions and complications,so it is worthy of clinical application.
