The Economic Bases and Decision Principles of Integration of Military Standards and Civil Standards

This paper mainly discusses the feasibility and economic bases to raise civil standards to military standards.From this paper's analysis,we can find that the cost and utility of different standard products are the main factors that affect civil customers how to choose product standards and whether civil standards and military standards can be integrated.The cost and utility of different standard products are affected by consumer preference,individual income,using and maintaining cost,technology advances and scale economy etc.And all these factors jointly decide the standard space in which civil standards and military standards can be integrated.Finally,based on the previous analysis,we come to some decision principles of whether civil standards and military standards can be integrated.
