Rational Analysis on Selecting School of Minority Student——viewing the inheritance of ethnic minority culture in the perspective of "legal flow" for the students in ethnic minority middle schools

Currently,legal flow,which means ethnic minority students flow from ethnic minority middle schools to Chinese middle schools,has greatly challenged the development of ethnic minority schools,and particularly,the interschool flow of top students has somewhat awfully influenced the inheritance of ethnic minority cultures.In this article,it is hold that some countermeasures should be taken to hold back legal flowof students in ethnic minority schools and to facilitate the inheritance of ethnic minority cultures,they are as follows: improving the quality of ethnic minority schools;increasing the impetus of ethnic minority education development;adjusting and relaxing the restrictions on the admission and employment for ethnic minority;and implementing awareness education on culture inheritance for ethnic minority students,etc.
