Theory on Real Right Change and Its Legislative Demonstration

Abstract
The theoretical interaction and system design of the real right change is the cornerstone of legal system of real right.Based on the values of transaction security and efficiency,the countries in continental law system have designed such institutions of the real right change as system of bona fide,abstract principle of juristic act of real right,principle of public announcement;established and improved such legislations of the real right change as willingness mode,shape mode and compromise mode.Based on our civil legal resource,integrated with our particular legal background,the review of theory on real right change and its legislative demonstration will guide China's legislation on real right certainly and absolutely.
