Abstract

In view of the relationship between the new agricultural social service system and the rural special technical association, by the method of integrating theory with case studies, this paper sums up the rural special technical association’s role in the new agricultural social service system in Beijing City as an example,and drawing lessons from overseas, points out the suggestions for the RSTA in strengthening the new rural agricultural community service system construction.
