Experimental Study on the Waste Heat Utilization of Air Compressor in Coal Mine

Aiming at the current problems for the recycling and utilization of air compressor exhaust waste heat,it designed the recycling plan of air compressor waste heat with heat pump technology.The working principle of the heat pump system of air compressor waste heat source was analyzed,and the experiment table was established to do experimental research,test factors such as different air compressor exhaust temperature,outlet temperature of hot water which influence on the performance of the heat pump system.Through the exemplifying of the air compressor waste heat source heat pump system application to a coal mine in Shanxi province,it analyzed the economic benefit and social benefit which could be obtained by the air compressor waste heat utilization in the coal mine.
