Abstract

Technical Barriers to Trade, which is important means to adjust trade interest for the world, increasingly plays more and more significant role in the contemporary international trade. Simultaneously the most industrials of international trade in China are impacted and sometimes even heavily stricken by the Technical Barriers to Trade. Our government and enterprises are urgent to take relevant actions and measures to against the kind of situation.
