Abstract
The dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction based on ionic liquid was developed for the enrichment of diazinon and phorate in soil. The influencing parameters including type and volume of extraction solvent and disperse solvent, the ratio of extraction solution to soil sample, microwave temperature and microwave time were investigated. The optimum conditions were 400 μL of 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate as the extraction solvent,4 mL of methanol as the disperse solvent, the ratio of extraction solution to soil sample of 4∶1,microwave temperature of 50 ℃ and microwave time of 8 min.The proposed microextraction method combined with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-ultraviolet detection was used for the enrichment and determination of diazinon and phorate in soil samples. The results showed that it was a rapid and efficient method for extraction of diazinon and phorate in soil.
