In recent years,high school educational fees are discussed heatedly.To the university students and their parents,the fees are too high to afford;to the school,the fees are hard to get.In order to solve the problem,we schould take the prepayment principle,encourag establishing private high schools,and divid the differences on the payment based on the diverse majors
