Investigation of perinatal factors about 43 newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

Abstract

Objective To investigate the relationship btween newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) and perinatal unfavourable factors.Methods The clinical data of 43 infants with HIE proved by cranial computer tomography(CT) were analyzed retrospsectively.Results Incidence of HIE is higher in the full term infants than that in preterm infants and posterm infants;the infant′s condition is serious for very low birth weight infants macrosomia and some infants with respiratory distress in uterus deliered through the vagin;The lower Apgar score the seriously expression in CT.It is important to score on the fifth minute after parturition for judying prognosis.Conclution It is very important to correct judge and treat perinatal unfavourable factors,to make correct cardiopulmonary resustion of newborn asphyxia immediately.
