Abstract

To meet the demand of video monitoring in the fields of measurement and control,an embedded remote video monitoring system based on the ARM was presented.The system builds a Web server with S3C2410-S microprocessor and Linux operation system.The Web server captures video signal from USB camera and transports the signal to the remote users through network.The structure of the Web server was introduced.The modification and transplant of embedded Linux operation system and the realization of video capture were completed on this platform.The realization process was proposed.
