Value of Adjunct Teacher in Non-government Funded Institution

Abstract
Adjunct teachers in non-government funded institutions are increasingly demonstrating their impact.The value of adjunct teachers in non-government funded institutions is addressed from both macro-and-micro perspectives,which indicates that adjunct teachers are teaching assistances that enhance teaching quality,harbour students' sensibility and therefore contribute social stability.Countermeasures to the problems attributed by adjunct teaching are proposed to provide useful references to non-government funded institutions for appropriate employment of adjunct teachers.
