Research on the Current Situation of the Interactive Win-win Mechanism of Sports Colleges and Community Sports

Using the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,the status quo of community sports interactive win-win mechanism of 4 sports colleges and universities in Nanning Guangxi is investigated and studied in this paper.The results reveals that sports colleges and universities is rich in sports venues,sports facilities,and human resources,the will of the sports colleges and universities teachers and community interaction is more active,but the interactive of sports colleges and universities with community sports lack of policy support,the system establishment is not sound,utilization rate of the yard resources and human resources of sports colleges and universities in the process of interacting with the community is low,accidents occur frequently while community residents activities at school.
