Abstract

Objective:By analyzing the Curative Effects of Korean medical therapy on cough variant asthma(CVA),to explore the Korean medical diagnosis and therapy of CVA.Methods:Fifty-eight pediatric patients in CVA were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(30) and control group(28).The treatment group was treated by Ma huang ding chuan tangto eliminating cough and phlegm to smooth wheezing;the control group had treatment with Albuterolaerosol and Beclomethasone dipropionateaerosol.Results:In recent treatment group,the total effectiveness is 93.33%,the total effectiveness of control group is 89.29%;in long-term treatment group the total effectiveness is 77.27%,the total effectiveness of control group is 70.0%.Conclusion:This prescription can relieve bronchial muscle spasm,prevent repeated attacks.
