Abstract

The investigation of the present network reference services of sixteen college and university libraries in Guizhou Province indicates the rather backwardness in the network reference services of college and university libraries in Guizhou Province and the imbalance in the development among libraries.It is suggested that college and university libraries should employ suitable ways to support their reference service in view of their own conditions.
