Abstract
Since the reform and opening, especially in recent years, there have been more and more anti-dumping investigations directly against our country. The frequent using of this measure of protecting trade makes the enterprises in our country suffer a tremendous loss, and it also forms a heavy obstruction to the development of our foreign trade. The international reasons for the investigation of anti-dumping to China are:the different recognition of Chinese market economy, the strengthening of trade protectionism, the quickly increasing of our export outward. And the reasons at home are:the imperfect market economy structure, the wrong view on official achievements from all levels government, the low-price strategy of our enterprises and the dumping action existed in individual enterprise.
