Reformation on laboratory education and training promoting the learners'comprehensive quality

Abstract

During the course of education and training of students in Laboratory medicine,we design and establish a series of comprehensive open experiments,reform its trial,strengthen its practice procedure before graduation,reforming the management of Laboratory system,centralize the students'activity,cultivate the students'ability on creation and performance,upgrade the quality of education.
