Analysis of Influencing Factors to Short-term Prognosis of Acute Subdural Hematoma

Abstract

Objective: To study the short-term prognosis of acute subdural hematoma influenced by the factors such as the thickness of hematoma,etc. Methods: 85 cases of acute subdural hematoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The influences of the thickness of hematoma,preoperative GCS,pupillary changes and reflexes to shtort-term prognosis of acute subdural hematoma were of statistical significance . Conclusion: The thickness of hematoma,preoperative GCS,pupillary changes and reflexes are important influencing factors to the shtort-term prognosis of acute subdural hematoma.
