Abstract

Analog TV transform to digital TV is a necessary for Digital Cable TV.With deepened reform of cultural and rapid development of county-township radio and TV network,many new and unexpected situations and problems have been arisen in the construction of radio and TV station.For the management of radio and TV station,straightening out the relations about the management of county-township radio and TV station,raising qualities of service,standardizing the look of the station and improving internal management are the main issues needed to be solved during the process of analog TV switch to digital TV.
