Abstract
Objective To explore the epidemic trend of influenza and to develop strategy to prevent the spread of influenza virus in Yinchuan. Methods The titers of antibodies to influenza virus were detected hemagglutination-inhibition test. Results HI titer≥1:20 is considered as positive. The total positive rate of HI titer of antibody to influenza virus: H1NI(64.03%),H3N2(33.41%),BV(39.93%) and BY(31.42%).Conclusion The predominant strains were H1N1 subtype influenza virus during 2004-2006.
