Abstract
To solve the problem of seawater desalination and electricity on island,a small modular wave power generation device which uses a buoy as wave capture device is designed. Wave energy is captures effectively through buoy, and is gradually converted into the mechanical energy of buoy, hydraulic energy and finally electricity by hydraulic motor drive. A hydraulic accumulator is set up to convert wave energy into electricity through three transformations. Operation continuity is enhanced when accumulated energy is adjusted by pressure control system, and security of the whole system and wave generation capacity under high waves are improved. On the whole it effectively solves the key problems of unstable and discontinuous output of wave energy.
