Abstract

The study of of legal branches need response,the problems in the study of philosophy of criminal procedure law need countermeasures. In China,there are philosophies of criminal procedure law in narrower sense and broader sense. Philosophy of criminal procedure law is the overlapping section of criminal procedure law and legal philosophy,has the nature of both criminal procedure law and legal philosophy. Facing with the modernization of criminal procedure law,it is necessary to improve the study of philosophy of criminal procedure law with specified aims.
