Abstract
Karl Popper made falsificationism to be the nucleus of his philosophic thought.Popper criticized logical positivism severely and negated of the logical basis of inductive reasoning At the same time,he advocated deductive reasoning and regarded it as the logic basis of his falsificationism ideology;he used falsifiability as the dividing standard of science,and formed his scientific rationalism which was called critical rationalism by himself,These view reflected in his book whose name is Logic of Scientific Discovery.Popper applied falsificationism to the growing process of scientific knowledge,and formed his epistemology.Though Popper's scientific philosophy is criticized by many scientists from various domains,it still has revolutionary significance in developing history of scientific philosophy,and can inspire the other specific subjects,such as education.
