Abstract
kinds of rice seedling nutrient agents were used to compare their physiological effects on early rice seedling under the culture condition of dry nursery or carrier plate. The results are as follows: Most measuring value are higher than that of control, such as dry matter weight of root and plant, number of white root, width of stem, α naphthaleneamine oxidation ability, root total absorbing surface area, root active absorbing surface area, contents of leaf chlorophyll, proline, N, P and K . Growing seedlings treated with the rice seedling nutrient agents such as T 1, T 2 and T 4, have little difference in promotion of their growth and/or physiological activities, but those treated with T 3 are much better than the above all. The applicaton amount of rice seedling nutrient agents is suitable at the level of 8~12 g per plate under the condition of carrier plate (434 holes, d 2.2 cm) or 75 g/m 2 under the condition of dry nursery.
