Abstract
With the rapid development of transnational investment, investment liberalization has become a big ten- dency. Thus every country in the world adjusts its foreign fund policy, from restriction to leniency, even with en- couragement. So we should take an active part in international multilateral trade systems and regional economic co- operation to increase the influence of our investment liberalization. We should also make full use of international re- sources to promote our country's economy. The specific countermeasures are to speed up the steps of joining WTO, to make up the specific measures to carry out APEC resolutions about investment liberalization and to pay attention to the combination of capital fund policies and trade policies concerned.
