Abstract

Ji Kang is an excellent poet in the literary world of the Wei and Jin Dynasties. He made great achievements especially in four-character poems.The influence of The Book of Songs is reflected in Ji Kang's four-character poems' language,form,content and techniques of expression and so on.As far as the form of four-character poems is concerned the relation between the four-character poems of Ji Kang and The Book of Songs is that of succession and development.
