Examination of the Death Instinct in Literature and Life

Abstract

Freud holds an idea that the instinct of death exists in the human beings. The aim of death instinct is to end the life of organism and to change it back to its original state. This essay is going to examine some literary atmosphere by exploring this psychological tendency i. e. the death instinct of the human beings; and furthermore to examine the spiritual state of the recent people.
