Analysis of Coal Ash Subgrade Filling Technology

High grade highways have the common feature of high embankment. Using coal ash to fill the embankment is a good idea. Highways need large amount of filler,and coal ash belongs to light material,so it is especially suitable for soft soil area,and has vital significance for the stability of the embankment. Based on a highway project,this paper analyzes and discusses coal ash subgrade construction. Detailed analysis is done from raw materials preparation,mechanical preparation,transportation organization,construction preparation and coal ash embankment construction process,which provides certain reference for coal ash subgrade filling.
