Clinical Analysis of 25 Patients of Carotid Artery Cavevnous Sinusfistula

Objective To study clinical characteristics and prognosis of carotid artery cavotis and enhance the knowledge of this disease from ophtalmological angle. Methods Clinical methods of 25 patients on carotid artery cavotis were analyzed retrospectively. Results Most patients of caritid artery cavevnous sinusfistula needed operation,more satisfastory in internal carotid, external carotid artery ligation and carotid artery embolism operation.Conclusion Patients of carotid artery cavotis should be paid attention to discerning diagnosis so as to avoid misdiagnosis. Operation is a major treatment.
