Abstract

This paper briefly describes the zinc raw material silicon,copper,lead,cadmium,cobalt,nickel and other impurities content on hydrometallurgy zinc production and consumption effects of zinc powder.Focusing on the main grade of zinc concentrate on the changes and differences in iron affect zinc production,zinc the total recovery rate,analysis of the impact of processing costs.And for the completion of 100,000 tons of zinc production capacity,recovery rate 94.3% of the target,made of raw materials demand.
