The clinical analysis of 50 case with surgical treatment of thyroid nodules unilateral

Objective:To investigate the unilateral thyroid nodules in patients with different clinical effects of surgical treatment.Methods:50 patients with nodular goiter list flat side of divided into treatment group and control group of 25 patients in the control group were treated with conventional open thyroid surgery,in the treatment group were treated with the side lobe and isthmus resection.Results:The surgical incision length in treatment group was significantly less than the control group(P0.05),treatment group also blood loss was significantly less than the control group(P0.05).But the two groups of surgical removal of the thyroid weight of time and no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:The side lobe and isthmus resection for unilateral thyroid nodules with less bleeding,small incision,etc.,should be widely applied.
