Analysis and Countermeasures of Advantages and Disadvantages of Technical Innovation of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in China

Abstract

Technical innovation of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) plays an important role in national economy growth. Combined with the characters of Chinese SMEs, it is considered that small scale and flexibility of SMEs are advantages in technical innovation, but disadvantages in financing and technical personnel resource. The SMEs should seek suitable ways to technical innovation combined with their advantages.For promoting technical innovation,law system and operation system of economy for suitable SMEs development should be established. Some other measures are presented on promoting the technical innovation of Chinese SMEs at last.
