A Research of Coarse-grained WC-Co Cemented Carbide

Coarse-grained WC-Co cemented carbide exhibits many advantages such as low internal structural defect,including high hardness,good toughness,high red hardness,small high-temperature creep deformation,low production costs and a wide range of applications.The methods of preparing coarse grain WC powder and carbon content,including sintering system,the milling process,the binder phase,additives and heat treatment on the class of coarse-grained WC-Co cemented carbide in microstructure and performance impact were summarized in this paper.
