Abstract
Bulking agents including rice straw, carbondust, sawdust and leaves were used to investigate the changes of temperature,TN, NH4+N, NO3-N,water soluble organic carbon(DOC) and germination index with time during the pig manure composting process. It showed that the rice straw was not used unique bulking agents owing to putrescence and agglomeration, combination of pig manure+rice straw+carbondust or pig manure+sawdust+leaves were found to be ones of the best proportioning of composting, because they could enhance to improve character,to reduce agglomeration,to transform NH4+N into NO3-N,to increase germination index and to speed the maturity of composting.
