Abstract
With‘American high speed'lettuce as test material, the correlation between leaf chlorophyll and leaf spectral reflectance were studied under different treatments of nitrogen analysis by nourishing liquids experiment,in order to study whether high-spectral technique could be applied nutrition surveillance in leafy vegetables. The results showed that spectral reflectance data presented a single peak curve and increased with leaf nitrogen concentration increasing.During the lettuce growth process, leaf spectral reflectance, chlorophyll content, total nitrogen had significant linear correlation.Leaf chlorophyll content could indicate how much leaf total nitrogen content in spectral techniques, using the blade maximum spectral reflectance of visible area could be achieved a goal that the lettuce leaf total nitrogen content and chlorophyll content be inferred.
