Survey and Analysis of the Status Quo of after-School Physical Activities of University Students

After making detailed survey and analysis of the status quo of university students of Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology,who take part in after-school physical activities in terms of the frequency,duration,interest,motivation,item and ways of activities etc.,this paper sums up the characteristics of the status quo of after-school physical activities of university students.It also discusses that the university is cultivating students' interests in physical activities by promoting after-school physical activities widely,and setting up the awareness of life long physical activities.In terms of these,this paper also gives some suggestions.
