Actualities and Countermeasure of Quality Guarantee System of Higher Education

Abstract

The exploration and development of higher education quality guarantee in the past three decades has become a government-oriented quality guarantee system,whose prime measure is the quality assessment.This paper represents the meaning of quality guarantee of higher education,system foundation,guarantee scale,organization,and particularity.Finally,some related suggestions and measures are given to build the quality guarantee system of higher education with Chinese characteristics.
