Through analyzing the changes of traditional national physical culture at modern times, the article discusses the interaction of the changes of traditional national physical culture at modern times with the reconstruction of minority undergraduates’ value consciousness. If the traditional national physical culture can blend into the physical culture value consciousness of minority undergraduates, it will help the inheritance and development of the traditional national physical culture.
