Construction of Laboratory Personnel in Medical Colleges and Universities

Based on the necessities of strengthening the construction of laboratory personnel,and the present situation of the laboratory personnel and its construction in Fujian Medical University,this article advances that in order to achieve overall objectives,it is essential to develop new concepts,including to build up a scientific experimental teaching conception,to put emphasis on the construction of laboratory personnel,to reform systems with the purpose of making full use of the laboratory personnel,to reinforce the training of the laboratory personnel in the hope of improving their overall quality,and to develop a perfect mechanism by carrying out reasonable personnel allocation to arouse their enthusiasm,autonomy and innovation in their work.
