Empirical Research and Analysis on the Agricultural Information Level in Hebei Province

To strengthen the agricultural information construction is the essential way and important basis to speed up rural economic development, improve the living quality of rural residents, and promote to solve the Three Rural Issues. Hebei Province is a big agricultural province around the Beijing and Tianjin, the geographical location is very important. Under the background of integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, speeding up the agricultural scientific and technological progress,improving the level of agricultural information, promoting the agricultural sustainable development become significant and urgent strategic tasks in Hebei Province. In recent years, there are some problems that need to be settled urgently in the application of agricultural information in Hebei Province, so it will be better for us to found the problem, figure out the gap and improve Hebei Province agriculture information level by establishing a set of perfect index system and evaluation model meanwhile analyzing regional specific circumstances through them. First, combined with the actual situation of the rural economic and social development in Hebei Province, this paper developed a set of agricultural information index evaluation system and determined the weight of each index according to the entropy value method. Second, this paper established the nonlinear regression model by support vector machine(SVM) method and evaluated and predicted the agricultural information level of all the cities and counties in Hebei Province. Finally, the article made an empirical analysis of the agricultural information level in Hebei Province and gave us some solutions and suggestions.
