Abstract

Objective To discuss the application of inclined supine combined with improved lithotomy position in minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL).Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing MPCNL were randomly divided into 2 groups: experiment group(n=30) in which inclined supine combined with lithotomy position in MPCNL was applied, control group(n=30) applying retrograde inserting catheter in lithotomy position before inclined supine was applied in MPCNL.In the operation, discomfort reaction and required posture setting time of patients in two groups were compared. Results Patients in experiment group suffered less discomfort and were with shorter required time for posture setting, which indicated significantly statistic difference(P0.05).Conclusion In MPCNL,inclined supine combined with lithotomy position can make patient more comfortable, minimize complications and shorten posture-changing time and improve operation safety.
