Abstract

As the representation of national ethos,entrepreneurial spirit is a powerful force in promoting the advancement of society.The esseces of the spirit are independent,innovative and progmatic.The features of that are historical,modern and prevalent.To facilitate the comprehensive development of people,foster the ethos,impulse the reform and opening up and the modernization construction are main functions of the spirit.
