Abstract
Objective To study the best medication time to inject Granisetron as antiemetic during cancer chemotherapy. Methods Ninety-nine cases of lung cancer patients were randomized into three groups, group A,group B and group C.Group A,B and C were intravenously injected 3 mg of Granisetron 10,30 and 60 minutes before chemotherapy respectively. The symptom of nausea and vomiting was observed after intravenous injection for 7 days. Results The antiemetic effect of group B was significantly superior to that of group A and group C(P0.01).Conclusion Application of Granisetron 30 minutes before chemotherapy has the best antiemetic effect.
