Abstract
Objective To evaluation of magnesium moist heat to prevent the clinical efficacy of intravenous amiodarone-induced phlebitis. Methods May 2011— January 2014 in our hospital infusion Cordarone patients 97 cases were randomly divided into two groups, one group of 49 cases observed in routine care on the basis of each infusion Cordarone that moist heat with magnesium sulfate, the control group of 48 patients, using only routine care, patients were compared with the incidence of phlebitis in patients satisfaction with care. Results The study group 0 cases of patients with phlebitis, phlebitis control group 0 15(31.3%) patients,a phlebitis 12(25.0%) patients,2 phlebitis 10(20.8%) patients,3 phlebitis 8(16.75) cases, four phlebitis 3(6.3%) patients, the incidence of phlebitis two groups of patients was statistically significant difference(P0.05); observation group than the control group nursing satisfaction, the difference there was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The prevention of intravenous infusion of magnesium sulfate wet due to good clinical efficacy of amiodarone phlebitis, patients can effectively prevent phlebitis, deserve to be in clinical practice.
