Abstract
Study the pyrolysis process and kinetics of the corn stalk,corn skin and corn leaf by TG-DTG analysis.The results show that:the pyrolysis processes of the 3 raw materials are similar,divided into preheating,the main pyrolysis and carbonization three stages,and at about 340℃ to achieve the maximum weight loss rata;the corn stalk's pyrolysis characteristic is the largest,devolatilization characteristics is best,followed by corn skin and corn leaf;Dynamics fitting use different reaction order found:compared with n=1,the fitting results of n=2 is better,while the pyrolysis dynamics parameters of the corn stalk are largest,corn leaves minimum,that the corn stalk needs the most heat before pyrolysis,but the pyrolysis process is easier after pyrolysis began.
