The Legal Right Expressed by Land Property Right in China's Countryside

Compared with the internal requirements from the development of market economy,the collective land property right in China's countryside is a kind of unclear,unequal and incomplete legal right.Such land property right,which is based on the traditional planning economic theories and is tinged with the features of planning economy,is not in line with market economy.Therefore,it is an urgent task to innovate the system of land property right in rural area for the development of market economy in the rural area and the construction of socialist countryside in China.
